Benefit High Beam review

Looking for the most perfect liquid highlight? Well here it is.
The packaging itself is adorable. The bottle resembles a nail polish and so
does the applicator. There are some negative opinions saying
that the applicator is unsanitary however I see no problem with it.
High Beam retails for £19.50 and can be bought in Benefit, House of Fraser and Debenhams etc.
This product is truly amazing. It can be built up or just used for a natural, healthy
glow. The highlight lives up to its expectations and what it
claims to do. You can mx in a few drops of this with a foundation for an all face glow,
apply it under a powder highlight for more radiance or even just use it by its own.
The colour is really versatile and easy to wear. The luminescent pink colour
suits every skin tone and complexion and looks flawless every time I use it.
Above is the highlight before being blended in.
Although there are some negative comments about the applicator,
it is very easy to use to dab the product on. I usually apply three dots on each
of my cheekbones, one on my nose and one on the top of my cupids bow.
After I apply the product, I blend it out with my finger to avoid any streaks
Here is the product blended out for a sheer, minimal look.
I only swatched one layer of the product, but you can build it up for a higher glow.
My personal favourite way to use this product is under Becca's Champagne Pop'
highlight. The both compliment each other beautifully. However, if you
are just starting out on the 'highlight trend' and want something natural but that
will still give you that healthy glow, this is the product for you.
Yes, it can be built up. However it isn't too in your face.
And can we take a minute to appreciate this mega cute bag?
I nearly died when I saw it. I love all of Benefit's packaging.
I don't find it 'gimmicky' but really cute. Their packaging is probably one of my favourite things about the brand.
Overall, I love this product. Loreal and Technic apparently
do some dupes if you are looing for a highlight like this at a smaller price.
